We have  extensive experience in organizing team building sailing in Croatia for companies for 6 to 100 participants, and for our corparate clients we are ready to organize team building events in Croatia, including skipper serivces or fully crewed yachts. Our team builing programmes are completely tailored to your Company needs and budget - and only some of the options we are able to organize are - sight seeing with certified tour guide on the islands, meals in best Croatian taverns,  SUP race during sailing trip, Kayak race, car rentals, transfers, etc.

Just some highlights of our previously organised sailing team building events:

  • organized 4 day sailing tour with welcome drink and every day lunch at island with already agreed menu- Participants Croatian supermarket chain - 12 persons/ 2 sailing boats- period of sailing late May
  • 7 day sailing trip with small race, organized meals, organized transfers, SUP race, Kayak race-  participants- Austrian insurance employees- 6 participants- June- sailing in central Croatia
  • 3 day event- Sailing catamaran- sailing during regatta event without participation- meal and restaurants included. Sight seeing Vis island with local tour guide, car rental.  Participants- Yacht agency office staff 8 participants
