Port of Lavrion is located at the south east of Attica and it it’s around half an hour away from the International Airport. Port of Kea is 14 nautical miles away so there is a reason why Lavrion is called the gates of Cyclades. The other location is Paros, island in the center of Cyclades which also makes a good starting point for sailing week. Cyclades is perhaps the windiest area for sailing where Meltemi is also strong during July and August (force 6 and more) so it’s is ideal for sailors who are looking for an adventure. Still, Cyclades offer so much bays for anchoring you can reach every day, so let yourself to the beautiful blue and white colors of architecture and crystal sea.
